Simple but elegant lines and at the same time, a front façade just as inviting as the rear elevation, generous fenestration, a large veranda accessible from the master suite and a very large terrace, partially covered, are the exterior features of this new Drummond House Plans’ house plan # 3914-V5.
Inside, a well-positioned staircase allows the development of beautiful spaces all around. Whether it's the main floor with a 9 foot ceiling, or the upstairs lounge area, each offers light, comfort and functionality.
First you will notice a very accommodating foyer with its 2 large coat closets as well as a powder room and a set back laundry room, yet not far from the kitchen. A kitchen with large island with double sink and dishwasher, as well as a good sized pantry that will make the cooks happy! A dining room opens onto the kitchen and the living room, sharing a central fireplace between two patio doors, for a nice symmetry of the spaces and to make the most of the rear view and the natural light! From this area you have access to a large covered balcony allowing you to enjoy the outside even in rainy weather!
Subsequently, and very popular among the owners of this type of house, there is a large master suite on the main floor with a large walk-in wardrobe and a private bathroom with double vanity, large shower and separate bath. 1-waiting/resting place with fitted wall TVfor customers to ventilate while waiting for servises.
