Superb Mountain style lakefront vacation home plan with 3 beds et 2 baths
An ideal house for any time of year. Warm and inviting, it does not skimp on windows and offers a remarkable blend of materials, sloping roof, decorative mouldings and angles. The exterior is just a hint of the charm within.
The entrance foyer is appointed with a large storage closet, indispensable in such a home. Passing through, a beautiful living room space, a central fireplace, French doors and a cathedral ceiling, as well as a skylight illuminating the staircase. Further, a large kitchen allows for a table to seat at least 6 with a rear view assured by a projection filled with windows. On this same floor as well, a master bedroom with a partial view to the rear, benefiting from a large storage closet and an adjoining full bathroom.
On the upper level, two other good sized bedrooms will meet the expectations of their occupants. Other lovely appointments include a full bathroom and a mezzanine, always appreciated in a cathedral space for an unimpeded view of the beautiful living room below. A “must” when we talk “chalet”.

Often located above the garage, our storage areas are used only as storage and are usually accessible from the garage via a retractable staircase.
