Love this plan! Would it be feasible to add an attached garage at the rear of the house attached to the side entrance without drastically changing the exterior appearance. Also, do you have any interior images of this house?

Hi,
I love this home but would like to add a 4th bedroom. Is it possible to have a 4th bedroom on the second level?
Also i would consider changing the layout on the exterior a bit. i.e. take the same plan on the right hand side of the exterior and put that on the back of the home (which I would like to be the front entrance of the home) and keeping the side that is facing in the pic the same which would face the water on my waterfront property. Is that possible?

Hi, you mention an unfinished basement as a possibility for extra space, what would the house look like sitting on a basement foundation. this picture appears to have it sitting on a concrete slab.

This house has the full basement foundation. As such, it is indeed sitting on a basement and not a slab so you can see how it looks from the illustration.
There is no floor plan for the basement level as it is not yet finished with divisions for the separate rooms.
