Stunning 3 bedroom small farmhouse plan with finished walkout basement
The Olympe Collection from Drummond House Plans is without contradiction the collection that has marked the last years. Combining several elements sought by young families and first-time home buyers, Olympe stands out for its simplicity and its warm interior.
The Olympe 4 version (3992-V3) offers for the first time a finished walkout basement. This allowed us to add 2 secondary bedrooms and to enlarge the parents' suite on the ground floor (we added a walk-in closet and an ensuite to it).
In the basement, the two bedrooms are completed by a dedicated bathroom, a large family room and above all, access to a sheltered terrace! In addition, a laundry room, a storage room and the mechanical room are also integrated.
On the ground floor, a half bath is added, a nice convenience for the guests! And without forgetting the superb kitchen and living room area with cathedral ceiling and exposed wooden beams, for an undeniable charm.
This model includes 2 sheltered terraces, which will be fitted out according to your lifestyle, either as an outdoor kitchen or simply as an outdoor relaxation area.
