Modern cottage plan with 3 bedrooms, master suite, fireplace and 2 terraces
Scenic views from the cathedral ceiling, the upper balcony or the patio are some of the features that make this model a contemporary classic!
Upon entering, the entirely open floor plan of the main level has a large walk-in closet / mud room and a conveniently located powder room. A large kitchen island with seating for 4 snuggles into the 'L' shaped kitchen space beyond which is a dining room area with place for a table that seats 6+. The living / dining room share the entire width of the home and a large, cozy fireplace between two sets of patio doors is visible throughout.
On the lower level, there are 3 nicely sized bedrooms, one a master suite with a large and private shower enclosure. The second bathroom on this level has a bathtub. A covered balcony runs the entire width of the lower level and is accessible through patio doors either from the second living room or bedroom #2.
