Our house plan pricing vary depending if you decide to purchase one of our stock plans, with or without plan modifications, fully custom home design, starting from scratch or if you are looking to improve your actual house or cottage (renovation plan). Following are the various house plans' pricing.

PRICING FOR STOCK HOUSE PLANS (READY TO BUILD HOUSE & GARAGE PLANS)?

Our stock plans come in a variety of styles and sizes and the price for each plan depends on the total square footage of the house. The prices for our garage plans start at $225. For our house and cottage plans, the prices start at $609 and for our multifamily house plans, the prices starts at $1089.

PRICING FOR HOUSE PLAN MODIFICATIONS?

You have found a house plan on our site and would like to make a few changes like adding a garage, enlarging the square footage or else? Any plan modification are possible and we calculate our fees as follows: basic price of the chosen plan plus the modification fee (hourly rate). The approximate total cost of a modified ready-to-build plan averages from 0.75% to 1.25% of the total value of the house, including its modifications.

The delivery time of a modified plan can vary from a few days to a few weeks depending on the following variables:

The degree and complexity of the work to be done and the specific information that you provide will help determine the exact cost of your customized plan, which is usually between 1% and 3% of the cost of building your house (based on an hourly rate).
