Our house plans with building material list includes the quantity of the majority of the materials required for your construction purpose, thus facilitating the bid request process. Only finishing materials, decoration and some contracted work are excluded. A list of building materials is available for each of our house plans, as well as for all of our custom home plans and renovation/addition plans.
