Our ready-to-build blueprint packages: 3 and 5 sets
Several ready-to-build blueprint packages are available for all our models, including a variety of paper copies (blueprint) and PDF and CAD electronic versions, if you want to send your plan to your suppliers or trades by email. Note that the 3 copy blueprint package is only available for our garage plans.
Several à la carte options are also available, such as several choices of foundation types, construction specifications, plan language, BCIN certification for Ontario, plan modifications requested online or at one of our 31 regional offices, and more.
PLAN PACKAGES AVAILABLE FOR HOUSE, COTTAGE, BI-GENERATION AND MULTI-UNIT HOUSING
Our house, cottage, cabin, bi-generation home and multi-housing plans are available in packages of 5 copies (sets of blueprint), in PDF (small format or full plan) and AutoCAD version (some restrictions apply for the purchase of our AutoCAD versions).
Some foundation options are also available for the majority of our plans such as finished basement (finished basement rooms, family room, office or other), floating slab, monolithic slab, crawl space and walkout basement).
Finally, additional services are also available for these types of packages, including a materials list, cost of construction estimate, reverse option of the plan, metric version, and in a choice of languages: English or French.

Our garage plans are available in packages of 3 copies (blueprint) and in PDF format.
