7 Types of foundation available
The majority of our plans are designed with a basement to be developed (unfinished basement). We also have some models with finished basement or planned as a walkout basement, monolithic slab, floating slab, screw piles or crawl space.
You can see the default type of foundation provided with the base model of the plan on the detail page of each of our models in the "Foundation Type" section. Most of our models are available with several types of foundations ($) and those are also specified under the Foundation type line. For fees and availability, select "Buy This House Plan" for the plan in question and then click on the foundation option you prefer or simply contact us.
