Shortly after, the company embraced diversification and, by 1976, shifted toward residential architecture, creating house models for some of the first home manufacturers of the time.

Over the years, the company has grown into one of the most recognized names in residential house plans across Canada and beyond.

A family company with a vision

Passed from one generation to the next, Drummond House Plans has preserved the entrepreneurial spirit and family values that have guided the company since its beginnings. The business was taken over by Marie-France Roger and her husband Yves Carignan, who continued the founders’ vision while expanding the brand across Canada and into the United States.

Today, the third generation actively contributes to the company’s growth. Their children, Alexis Carignan (Director of Operations) and Jennifer Larocque (Art Director), help shape the future of the brand with passion, creativity, and innovation.
