Contemporary cottage house plan RIVIERA (plan # 3972) offers 1209 heated square feet on the ground floor, and the same in the unfinished basement.
This modern chalet plan stands out for its open space in the dining room, living room and kitchen area. The latter also has a large central island that can accommodate at least 4 people.
The layout offers a split bedroom floor plan thus promoting privacy for its occupants. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, as well as direct access to the bathroom via the latter. Bedroom # 2 is located at the front of the house and could serve as a home office as well as a guest bedroom.
The basement is to be fitted out according to your immediate or future needs depending on the vocation you wish to make of it. Note that we have several foundation options available for all of our plans.

STORAGE AREA
Often located above the garage, our storage areas are used only as storage and are usually accessible from the garage via a retractable staircase.
