The water heater is in the cupboard beside the washer and dryer but if you would like to have this plan modified to fit the mechanical installations you could either order it with an optional full basement foundation instead of the standard crawl space or you can request a free estimate with this on line form to which we will be happy to respond within two business days.

Since we do no actual building, we do not have estimates for your area but a ballpark figure for building this home in Quebec, Canada would be around $100,000.
In order to get a better idea of what it would cost to build in your state, local builders and materials suppliers would be your best source of information.

UNFINISHED BONUS ROOM
The bonus rooms are often planned above the garage and are accessible from the house. They are designed to be converted as an office, a laundry area, a bathroom, a library corner or even an additional bedroom for which homeowners must make sure to have a window that complies with current codes & standards.
STORAGE AREA
Often located above the garage, our storage areas are used only as storage and are usually accessible from the garage via a retractable staircase.
