building retrictions here in nzwill allow a 2nd residencee on my property for a dependant relative no more than 65sq.m. so I thin I can adapt this p lan to make the basement a garage and since the footprint is close to what I need(shrink the plan a little) I could get a permit for this. plz help, shrink the 1st level to 65sq.m.
