Craftsman bungalow house plan with beautiful and large master suite, fireplace and home office
Looking for a bungalow with some breathing space? Generous rooms and a semi-open concept make this bungalow easy to get around in.
The enclosed entry with generous closet provides direct access to a flexible room. Home office? Guest or secondary bedroom? Craft room? You choose! The French doors open to frame a picture perfect view of a three-sided fireplace and dining area with a raised ceiling. Beyond, we find a generous family room with ample windows and backyard access.
The kitchen allows space to ramble as well, with large central island and adjoining breakfast or library nook. The master suite is comfortably sized to ensure a restful retreat with semi-private access to a 5-piece bathroom and convenient laundry. We’ve added one more creature comfort with a planned spa patio, complete with pergola over the spa bath.

They are designed to be converted as an office, a laundry area, a bathroom, a library corner or even an additional bedroom for which homeowners must make sure to have a window that complies with current codes & standards.
STORAGE AREA
Often located above the garage, our storage areas are used only as storage and are usually accessible from the garage via a retractable staircase.
