Narrow lot Craftsman home design with a sided 2-car garage and 9 foot ceilings throughout the house!
In response to a growing demand for both Country and Rustic styles, exposing decorative wood beams on the front, we propose here a narrow lot version of the basic model of the new Providence collection of Craftsman house style, offering 3 bedrooms. This version proposes 9' ceilings throughout the house and a double garage with side entrance.
This house plan also includes an open floor plan for the living room, dining room and kitchen. Cook and chat with guests while listening to crackling fire to the living room and sipping a glass of Chardonnay, it’s always trendy! In addition, the large kitchen island will promote communication with your guests or educational assistance with your children while preparing dinner! There is lots of natural lights in the dining and kitchen area.
The three good size bedrooms share a full bathroom with double vanity, a bath and a separate large shower, as well as a powder room… handy for busy mornings!
Items of note: a laundry room and a large storage closet are located near the entrance of the garage.
For this model, we offer a version for narrow lot with a sided two-car garage, but note that other versions without garage and frontal garage are available.
In addition, the plan includes a floating slab foundation but other options are available.

Often located above the garage, our storage areas are used only as storage and are usually accessible from the garage via a retractable staircase.
