This country style house of one-story with double garage (plan 3246-V2, also named "Jennifer") suggests several most distinctive and interesting elements. The different options of exterior materials and colors suggested for this new house plan are very trendy this year: a touch of stone in the lower part, a partial steel roof and the exterior siding that is suggested horizontally as well as vertically.
