I really like this plan and also Plan W3441 which is 44 ft. wide.Most of the lots where we want to eventually build are only 50 ft wide so cannot build over 40 ft. wide.Can this plan be increased to 40 ft. to include a full basement? The garage on this plan is a bit small for a double.If so,where would the stairs be situated?
