Good day Ms. Gullikson and thank you for taking the time to write.
The foundation for this plan is a full basement with 8' ceilings and it spans the entire width and depth of the first floor but excludes the front porch and the garage as the latter uses a slab foundation.
The reason that there is no floor plan for the basement is because the divisions for the walls are not done and you can finish to best suit your needs.
Optional slab or crawlspace foundations are available if you do not want a full basement but there is an additional $245. charge for the change.

Do you have this plan in a smaller version? I want it with a covered front porch but a garage is not a must have.
