From the original design of plan 2490, this split level accents comfort with an extra 3' of overall width and 2' of depth. It offers an attractive solution to those looking for distinctive style as the different levels add a unique and original cachet to this beautiful model.
The main entrance has an impressive 12' ceiling height and is located between the garage level and the main living area with its 9' ceilings. The 12' x 17' family room opens onto a well equipped kitchen complete with a 3' x 6' island.

Very interested in this plan.
Does this plan has a basement? Looks like a 3-level: main level, 2nd level(on top of garage) and a basement level, right? Do you have a 3D plan so that I can see all the levels?

Good day and thank you for taking the time to write.
The foundation is a combination full, unfinished basement with 8' ceiling beneath the entrance foyer, living room, kitchen and dining area but there is a slab foundation which starts from the garage and goes all the way back under the first floor bedroom.
The reason why there is no visible floor plan of the foundation is that the full basement does not have divisions for the rooms and can be finished to meet your specific needs
Alternate foundations are available and we would be happy to quote on a customized basement plan.
Unfortunately, we do not have a 3D model of this plan so I am unable to provide this kind of plan.
