Wanting to meet a great demand for the popular rustic house style exposing decorative wood beams on the front, we offer here the basic model of our latest collection of Craftsman style house plans, or Rustic Country (or Northwest), offering 3 bedrooms.
From the beginning we wanted to incorporate an open floor plan concept for the family, because it is in demand and very trendy. Cook and chat with your guests while listening to crackling fire in the living room and sipping a glass of wine, it's really trendy! In addition, the large island in the kitchen will promote communications with your guests or homework assistance while preparing dinner! You can access a deck via a patio door in the dining room.
You will be charmed by the master suite which has a large window, a private bathroom with shower and a large walk-in. The two secondary bedrooms share a good size bathroom with double vanity and shower bath. A separate good size laundry room is available with countertop and sink, and is well located, hidden from the activity area.
