Well, this new chalet style house Drummond House Plans # 3949-V2 (The Gallagher 3) offers you a completely finished walkout basement with 2 additional bedrooms, a shower room, a laundry room, a family room and a playroom! And as a bonus, a new layout of the living room and master bedroom on the main floor!
On the main floor, find the entry with coat closet located near the secondary bedroom, allowing easy conversion to a home office. The "U" shaped kitchen with central island opens to the dining room that can easily accommodate 6 guests. A solarium (Florida room) with plenty of natural light is accessible from the dining room as well as two beautiful large covered balconies (rear and front).
