Plan 2945A-V1 is a somewhat different plan which is slightly smaller and does not have a walk-out basement as a standard foundation.
Plan 2945-V1 is inspired by our Panoramic style models and the walk-out basement is an attractive aspect of this type of plan especially when building on a sloped lot.
Although the former has an attached garage, the latter could be modified to add one as well.
All you need to do is to fill in our on line modification form for which you will find the link below.
