With bi-level balconies and covered porches, there’s every reason to relax outdoors, or enjoy 1992 sq. ft. of interior openness across two levels. Main level features kitchen with island, counter; dining room, family room with large windows to take in the view, master bedroom, bathroom with separate toilet. Finished basement harbors two secondary bedrooms, another family room, and full bathroom.
Seeing the undeniable popularity of model 3900, (which can be viewed on our site DrummondHousePlans.com) we thought it well to offer a larger version which proposes more room layouts while maintaining the popular exterior. After all, the charm of this model is attributed to its pleasing shape, wraparound porch and exterior covering materials such as the country siding and the cedar shakes on the roof. This house is a real heart stopper.
In this variation, the kitchen, dining room and the living room become larger with respect to the initial model, whereas the bedroom and the bathroom are reorganized thus allowing a panoramic view from the main level master bedroom.
The basement, proposes two very beautiful bedrooms with excellent storage, a bathroom identical to the one on the main level and which is envied by many homeowners, as well as a comfortable family room with a patio door opening under the deck thereby offering two well-dimensioned covered outdoor spaces.

We can make changes to this plan and if the reverse version is what you need you can order it without going through the plan modification procedure as it is available for an additional charge of $150.
Although the link provides the view of a mirror image, the true reverse version that you would receive reads from left to right and is not a simple mirror image.
If, however, you require other changes, I invite you to fill in this on line request with the details to which we will respond with a free estimate within two business days.

Since this model was created with 2 x 6 wood construction, change to concrete blocks or stucco exterior would require modification to the plan.
