Quite an Original Chalet with lots of natural light!
Among the chalet designs proposed by Drummond Designs, this cost-conscious model is one of the most popular, with a balanced exterior and original fenestration evenly distributed on either side of a central fireplace, and a very open interior. Let’s take a closer look.
As we enter, we first notice the vast coat closet, with space enough for sports equipment and a practical drying area. Once through the foyer, we are pleasantly surprised by the available interior space in this chalet; a laboratory-style kitchen with central lunch counter and walk-in pantry adjacent an open family and dining room with a cathedral ceiling and a beautifully centered fireplace.
The second level is dominated by the master bedroom suite with roomy walk-in closet, private bathroom and especially the 16 foot long glassed partition, which ensures a panoramic view via a full-length mezzanine.
The addition of rooms in the basement is possible to add space to accomodate a family with a couple of teenagers.
