A sloped lot is the ideal place to nestle this stylish but casual cottage. Abundant windows and full width deck provide ideal vantage points from inside or out. A casual floorplan includes a generous eat-in kitchen and the great room for memorable gatherings. Retreat to the main level master which includes a generous walk-in closet and semi-private access to a relaxing four-fixture bathroom.

The washer and dryer are located in the basement beneath the living room in the outer corner which is also the location of a future bathroom with shower as indicated by dotted lines on the foundation plan.
This particular model has no garage but we have several detached garage plans that would be a perfect match.

Often located above the garage, our storage areas are used only as storage and are usually accessible from the garage via a retractable staircase.
