Stunning 5 bedroom getaway home plan with reverse floor plans.
Derived from the popular recreation model 3912, this model is designed without an attached garage and relocated entrance and rear-facing panoramic views.
Sporting gear is easily stowed in a storage room off the front entry and wet clothes are quickly dispatched in the laundry room adjacent to the entry. Inside, an open activities sector is subtly defined in a large L-shaped area. The family room boasts 9' ceilings, soaring vaulted ceiling and commanding fireplace. The kitchen features generous spaces and a 36" x 90" island and the dining room is situated between the two.
