Farmhouse home style with daylight basement layout proposal for a total of 1 to 4 bedrooms!
House plan MUSKOKA (#3143) offers 1443 sq.ft. on the ground floor and similarly in the basement. In addition a proposal for the layout of the basement is included in the plan that you will receive, as a suggestion only.
The entrance to the house is large and offers a practical mudroom as well as access to the home office. The laundry room is also on the first floor. The kitchen offers a large island and a walk-in pantry, and opens onto the dining room and living room. All the ceilings are 9 'on the ground floor except in the living room which has a cathedral ceiling. The latter also has a fireplace.
The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a private bathroom, with separate tub and shower, but shares the toilet room.
The basement proposal includes the possibility of having 3 additional bedrooms (for a total of 4), a 2nd bathroom, a mechanical room as well as an additional playroom / family room, perfect for large families!

The bonus rooms are often planned above the garage and are accessible from the house. They are designed to be converted as an office, a laundry area, a bathroom, a library corner or even an additional bedroom for which homeowners must make sure to have a window that complies with current codes & standards.
STORAGE AREA
Often located above the garage, our storage areas are used only as storage and are usually accessible from the garage via a retractable staircase.
