Expansive Panoramic View, superb A Frame chalet with reverse floor plans.
While many chalet-type homes have a panoramic view towards the rear, this one has a different orientation with a panoramic windowed façade. Ideal for a sloping lot, with a lot grading up towards the rear of the house, the main level becomes the basement and the second floor becomes the main level.
The basement level boasts a two-car garage, entry foyer, generous storage area, ample laundry/sewing room with drying area, a bathroom and two good-sized bedrooms. A family room enjoys abundant light by day and the glow of a fireplace by night.

We provide the plans only, we do not build. Since we are not a prefab manufacturer, we do not deliver houses either. When it comes to plans, we can deliver them all over the world. However, since the plans are up to canadian codes, they might have to be adjusted to meet local regulations.

The bonus rooms are often planned above the garage and are accessible from the house. They are designed to be converted as an office, a laundry area, a bathroom, a library corner or even an additional bedroom for which homeowners must make sure to have a window that complies with current codes & standards.
STORAGE AREA
Often located above the garage, our storage areas are used only as storage and are usually accessible from the garage via a retractable staircase.
