The foundation for this plan is a full basement which means that it has a full, unfinished basement with an 8' ceiling but no divisions for the rooms.
The plan set will come complete with a foundation plan that shows the location of the washer and dryer, the mechanical room, the drain, the hot water heater and a dotted line to indicate where a future bathroom could go.
If you would rather have this home on a slab or a crawl space, we can modify the plan to accomodate your requirments and would be happy to send you a free estimate within two business days after receipt of your on line modification form.
