Elegant simplicity in a Craftsman bungalow house design with 2-car garage and 2 bedrooms
The clean lines of Newburg 2 are enhanced by the stone brick finish and stately columns on either side of the entrance which combine to impart elegant simplicity in a two bedroom bungalow that has a double garage.
The entrance foyer leads through an arch into a large, open floor plan with computer area, dining room and kitchen from which the large, welcoming fireplace is visible. Access to the garage is possible from the main living area through a door off of the dining room and patio doors lead out to the porch in back. There is also a second exterior access to the double garage from the back of the house.
Two nicely sized bedrooms share a well appointed, full bathroom with corner shower and a laundry area on the main floor completes the delightful features of this wonderful plan that has a full basement, accessible from inside the home as well as the garage, that can be finished to meet the owner’s requirements.

Often located above the garage, our storage areas are used only as storage and are usually accessible from the garage via a retractable staircase.
