I would like to build a double car garage where the property line is located at the centre of the structure. A rated wall would be required between the two doors.

The height from the top of the 4" foundation to half way up the roof is 15'6".
Our plans are certified by a professional technologist and if your municipality requires an engineer's stamp you will have to hire someone locally.

What is the height of the interior ceiling?
What is the pitch of the roof?
Is it a difficult design it wider. 28'or30' feet?
