Our township planner has asked me for the measurement from the floor to 1/2 way up the roof. Can you have the plan for slab floor engineer stamped? Thank you.

The height from the top of the 4" foundation to half way up the roof is 15'6".
Our plans are certified by a professional technologist and if your municipality requires an engineer's stamp you will have to hire someone locally.

The ceiling height is 10'-2". The primary roof pitch is 8/12 and secondary is 10/12.

The bonus rooms are often planned above the garage and are accessible from the house. They are designed to be converted as an office, a laundry area, a bathroom, a library corner or even an additional bedroom for which homeowners must make sure to have a window that complies with current codes & standards.
STORAGE AREA
Often located above the garage, our storage areas are used only as storage and are usually accessible from the garage via a retractable staircase.
