Country style house plan with beautiful porches
Its very size both attracts and allures; with well-centered and very original windows, a discreet and spacious two-car garage, independent balconies, this home is most certainly an American classic.
As we enter the foyer, we note a 9-foot ceiling throughout the main level. We observe a door leading to a home office, and another leading to an open and very spacious living and dining room combination, which is open to the second level mezzanine for a remarkable interior effect. We continue through the kitchen, equipped with a round breakfast area, which then leads to a cozy family room with a fireplace and abundant fenestration towards the rear. Before we go up the stairs to visit the second level, we notice convenient, independent laundry and separate half-bath.
Above us, a skylight bathes the stairway and mezzanine in natural light. On the second level, two beautiful secondary bedrooms share a bathroom, which is equipped with a laundry chute, and a comfortable master suite with walk-in closet and well-organized private bathroom, it too illuminated by its own skylight.
