House plan SUNNY HAVEN 2 (#3615-V1), is an enlarged version of its basic plan # 3615. This new version offers 543 square feet more than the original model, and a double garage instead of a single.
At the front, on the ground floor, there is a large mudroom on one side and a home office on the other. Then a powder room and a spacious laundry room with laundry chute from upstairs and a counter space. The kitchen has a large island as well as a pantry, and it is open to the dining room and the living room. A fireplace is found there, and it should be noted that all the ceilings of the first floor are 9 'high. A large sheltered porch of 12 'x 19' is accessible from this sector.
Upstairs we find the parents' suite with walk-in closet, private bathroom and cathedral ceiling. Two children's (or secondary) bedrooms share a private bathroom.
The basement is unfinished and to be fitted out according to your future needs.
