Shed roof, board and batten, large warp-around porch. Basically designed to maximize the spectacular views of its land located by the river or even in the mountains. This new version has been imagined in a more American context, with the aim of proposing a large enough layout for a large family. Since it does not have a basement, you can afford to increase the total square footage of ​​the house because it also saves on the cost of the foundation.
The addition of a large double garage has helped to work a corner that facilitates access to the kitchen through a large pantry also known as the "Butler's pantry". This access to the kitchen can also be done through a corridor that opens onto a beautiful covered terrace and closed by a mosquito net shelter. This garage offers a rear door to facilitate the access to the lawn tractor or other amenities. There is also a staircase that gives access to a 52o sq.ft. bonus storage above the garage.
