Imposing American style cottage with 2 master suites (total 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms)
Designed with an American style in mind, this cottage inspires calm and stability. Moreover, very practical galleries dress up the front as well as the rear, while a most comfortable double garage is discreetly accessible at the side.
Upon entering, a balanced staircase catches our eye and divides the different spaces. A superb master bedroom suite with large closet and private bathroom occupies the left side. In the center, a comfortable living room is embellished by a fireplace while to the right a dining room and a home office occupy the front. Utilities are next to a kitchen which is equipped with a remarquable pantry and more particularly a breakfast area bathed in natural light and located in a sunroom. On the second level, three bedrooms share two bathrooms.

Yes, the red facade is an actual house that was built by one of our clients but since we do no actual construction the only pictures that we have are those which our customers have generously shared with us and there are unfortunately no others on file at the present time but we will post them to the site as soon as any become available.
