Dream family home plan!
The magnificent and spacious BELANGER house plan (#3637) offers 3012 sq.ft., in addition to a garage and a large partially sheltered rear terrace. Note that the ceilings on the ground floor are all 9' with the exception of the living room ceiling which is cathedral, and 17' high!
As soon as you arrive, you are greeted by a beautiful sheltered front porch, leading to the main entrance of the house. The latter is located right next to a large mudroom with a practical bench to sit on. Access to the garage is also provided from the mudroom. Then, on the left, is the living room with cathedral ceiling and fireplace. The fireplace is centered between two built-in pieces of furniture as well as 2 windows.
In the rear area of the house, you will find the dining room and the kitchen. The latter offers a large island as well as a pantry. In addition, storage and a half bath complete this floor. Worth mentioning, access to the large rear terrace is through the dining room! Convenient for eating out, given the proximity to the kitchen.
The parents' suite is located upstairs. It offers a private bathroom with two sinks, and an original bath/shower area. In addition, a large walk-in closet is strategically installed behind the head of the bed and an alcove for the television is directly on the wall in front of the bed. An office is also upstairs and could be converted, according to your needs, into a nursery or an additional bedroom.
In the daylight finished basement there are 2 bedrooms, a family room (games room), a bathroom and a laundry room with laundry chute from the upstairs.
This house is perfect for families with older and independent children with its bedrooms and family room in the basement, where everyone will find their privacy!
