House plan NIKOLAS 4 house plan (3855-V3) offers 2041 sq.ft. laid out over 2 floors, not including the basement which is unfinished. In addition, this beautiful and large family home in country style farmhouse has a garage which offers access to the basement and also to the house, via the mudroom area. All the floors on the main level are 9 'high.
On the ground floor, the entrance is open on 2 floors, with a mezzanine upstairs. In addition, the large and practical mudroom will delight people who enter both from the front and from the garage. A powder room is also located in this area.
Then the large kitchen includes a central island and a walk-in pantry, in addition to other additional storage (pantry # 2). In addition it is open to the dining room and the living room. In the latter a fireplace is fitted with shelves on each side.
The upstairs master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. The family bathroom offers 2 sinks plus a separate tub and shower. The laundry room is also upstairs. The 2 secondary bedrooms are of good size.
