Heavenly Home!
Whether built on waterfront, in the mountains or in the city, this 2292 sq.ft. plan is so versatile as either a vacation retreat or as a permanent residence. With three or four bedrooms, two half-baths, and a multitude of amenities, including multiple fireplaces, no comfort is spared.
A well-executed exterior boasts abundant glazing and a grandiose veranda nearly fully wrapping three sides of the house. From within, the magnificent exterior views are sure to be appreciated from all of the social areas, be they the kitchen, breakfast area or the family room. Here also, practicality plays an important role with a laundry room and a half-bath a step away, while the vast basement can be transformed into a playroom, media centre, or personal gym, if desired.
The bedroom level includes a luxurious master suite with fireplace, private bathroom and spacious walk-in closets. Two secondary bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

Yes, we often sell and ship our plans outside Canada. To view the price list and options for this plan, click on "House Plan Price List and Options" on this page, in the upper left corner.
You can order your plans on our website (click on the "Order This Plan" button). You can also call us at 1-800-567-5267. Accepted payment methods are Paypal and credit cards. You can also pay by wire or bank transfer, but you will need to contact us before using that method of payment.
Plans are shipped by Fedex or by e-mail and are usually delivered between 2 and 5 business days after we have received your order.
