Colonial Classic with Flexible Attic and screened in porch
A true classic built with symmetrical openings (doors and windows) on the facade. There is balance between its large, open spaces and the siding materials that is maintained throughout as this cottage stays true to form on the inside as well.
Upon entering, the first impression is created by the ceilings which are higher than 8’, pleasing office space and an ample bathroom area. The straight stairway is bathed in light from the second floor, which also brightens the family room. The central openness of the design around which are grouped the foyer and the entrance closet containing integrated furnishings. At the back of the house is a large kitchen equipped with a “walk-in” type pantry adjoining a dining room that leads to a sheltered, screened-in terrace for more comfort.

Often located above the garage, our storage areas are used only as storage and are usually accessible from the garage via a retractable staircase.
