Narrow lot grace
Particularly well-proportioned with its well-balanced masses and a happy mix of outside coverings, this house surprises us by its slender lines and a useable floor space of more that 2500 sq.ft., excluding the basement.
On the main level, whose entire ceiling height is 9 feet, we find a good sized entrance foyer, an office space at the front, a dramatic stairwell, a very well-organized kitchen, a dining room bathed in natural light, a large living room with angled fireplace, a master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and private bathroom proposing a corner shower and bath with a two-sided fireplace. All of this without forgetting a large laundry area which is so appreciated on the main level and a double garage so often coveted by second-time buyers.
On the upper level, we first appreciate an arched mezzanine which creates a surprising cascade of natural lighting in the stairwell as well as illuminating the main entrance. The bonus rooms are often planned above the garage and are accessible from the house. They are designed to be converted as an office, a laundry area, a bathroom, a library corner or even an additional bedroom for which homeowners must make sure to have a window that complies with current codes & standards.
STORAGE AREA
Often located above the garage, our storage areas are used only as storage and are usually accessible from the garage via a retractable staircase.
