A Country home model with great wraparound porch and up to 3 beds!
Designed from popular model 2853 whose notoriety no longer needs being said, more particularly with our American neighbours, this house distinguishes itself from the initial model (2853) with the replacement of the sunroom at the front by a covered gallery continuing on the left side as well as at the rear where it is enlarged in order to allow the occupants to share family meals together, sheltered from the elements.
Inside, apart from the sunroom proper to the initial model, we appreciate a 9 foot ceiling over the entire main level, a beautiful living room with corner fireplace, a good sized dining room, and a very practical kitchen with central island, independent breakfast area and home computer area. Next and always on the main level, we notice a laundry area independent from a half-bath as well as an office space which can serve as either a playroom or a fourth bedroom. On the landing leading to the second level, we are surprised by the amplitude of the bonus space above the garage and which many will want to convert into a home theatre.
Pursuing our visit, we are satisfied by the size of the bedrooms and the presence of two complete bathrooms, of which one is private to the main bedroom and which also benefits of a fireplace and a walk-in type closet. And there, we more fully understand the infatuation for this model and especially for the plan from which it originates.
