3 bedroom Ranch style inspired bungalow with master suite and 2 bathrooms
Inspired by plan 3147-V2, Bradley 2 has a larger floor plan with an extra bedroom and a second full bathroom.
Upon entering the comfortably large foyer, with its own walk in storage closet, large window and pocket door to the main living area, the extreme livability of this beautiful new model is striking!
Enhancements to the plan create a second bedroom suite, accessible through pocket doors, through which the separate the laundry area can be accessed on the other side and from the main hallway. The second bedroom suite has its own walk in closet for added convenience. The master suite includes his and hers closets, one of which is a walk-in, and a full bathroom with double vanity and separate bath and shower enclosure.
The open floor plan of the large living room has a beautiful fireplace and the dining area, with patio doors to the back, has place for a table that seats six and a hutch. The kitchen is complete with a larger island for more casual meals and the entire area is surrounded by many windows that brighten this well designed home.

This very good design just fell short of my ideal house because it is one storey.can it be modified to 2 storey with additional 2 bedroom upstairs without losing the simple beauty?

Although we do no actual construction, the ballpark estimate to build this home in Quebec (Canada) starts at around $234,000.
This estimate is based on professional grade materials and includes ceramic in the foyer, the kitchen and the bathrooms with hardwood flooring throughout the common areas and carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen cabinetry is wood grain melamine. This construction estimate to build in Quebec was updated on January 10th 2014 and is for a turn key project.
The cost of the land and its excavation, taxes and hook-ups to municipal or other services is not included in the calculation and it is highly recommended to consult local contractors and materials suppliers to get a better idea of the actual cost to build in your area.
