House plan with large windows at the basement.
This small country bungalow has been designed to maximize the space inside 1050 square feet. You will find a large wardrobe at the entrance witch opens on the living room, kitchen and dining room. The kitchen offers a large island with a large and practical pantry.
There are also two bedrooms on the main floor. In the master bedroom there is a walk-in closet and a nice large window.
The bathroom is smaller, but still very convenient. Its size has allowed us to gain square footage on the main floor for you to enjoy the main living area.
The laundry room is located the basement and communicate to the mechanical room. According to your needs, this unfinished basement have enough space for an extra 3 to 4 bedroom or even a large living room.
