Inspired by model 3133, a customer favorite, this model version offers a fresh, new approach to the interior space.
The delightfully open floor plan is enhanced by a 9’ ceiling throughout which enhances the natural light that brightens the main floor. The well fenestrated, 14’ x 12’ kitchen offers ample storage space and a large, 96’’ x 40’’ island. The beautiful living/dining area, that spans 27’ wide and almost 15’ deep, offers a view of the back yard through windows from one end to the other. The superb master suite is 15+’ wide x 12’ deep and has a his and hers walk in closet that leads into the well appointed bathroom, compete with 4’ x 5’ shower, double vanity and pedestal bath.
A home office space (which can easily become a 5th bedroom), a separate laundry area and a powder room complete the features of the first floor.

Often located above the garage, our storage areas are used only as storage and are usually accessible from the garage via a retractable staircase.
