Perfect for a large or blended family, Galerno 2 offers the inviting, country look with wrap around veranda in a 5 bedroom Cape Cod cottage with two living rooms.
The main foyer opens onto a large, bright, main activities area complete with computer corner and dining room. The laundry area on the main floor is just off the kitchen, which has a convenient island and access to the back through patio doors.
Three other bedrooms are on the basement level, accessible from either the main floor or through a separate entrance at the back of the house. There is a large game room / living room with a second computer corner and the bathroom on this level is complete with its own linen closet and large shower enclosure. A storage room at the bottom of the stars from the main level is the perfect place to store seasonal and other cumbersome items.

really like this plan, fits well for our family's needs! But, there is a window in the ?attic - top floor. There is no access to this area on the floor plan?

Good day and thank you for taking the time to write.
The decorative window in the attic is fixed and it is made of opaque glass. Access to the attic is through a 30" x 22" trap door in the 11'4" x 9' bedroom closet.
