If there is one model which pleased clients upon its arrival, it’s plan 3507 for which our designers were inspired by plan 2597
As with 2597, plan 3507 proposes a wraparound porch on two sides with an arched window that reveals a cathedral ceiling in the living room. The simple lines of this model offer surprising affordability to its many attractive features.
Inside, the main level has a foyer at the service entrance with a washroom/laundry room close by and a nicely sized bedroom. The main living area’s open floor plan groups the kitchen, dining area and living room.
Upstairs, the staircase leads to a mezzanine that could become another bedroom or a home office and the second bathroom and nicely sized bedroom that could easily become a master suite.
The main difference between the two is the size as 2597 has a 24’ x 30’ footprint whereas 3507 adds square footage of comfort to become 26’ x 32’... Food for thought!
