Affordable Contemporary One-Storey Home Plan
Increasingly popular contemporary designs are too often associated with high cost. Whether you are a first time homeowner or an empty nester, this plan version to which we have added a one-car garage, is an unexpected surprise with luxurious contemporary style on a budget.
The bathroom area has been redesigned to incorporate a practical washer and dryer closet, accessible through the hallway. On the original design, they were located in the basement.
The house offers two good size bedrooms and an open kitchen / dining room concept with patio doors. The family room is located at the front of the house, near the kitchen area.
An unfinished basement awaits your personal touches, but also note that many foundation options are available for your convenience.

They are designed to be converted as an office, a laundry area, a bathroom, a library corner or even an additional bedroom for which homeowners must make sure to have a window that complies with current codes & standards.
STORAGE AREA
Often located above the garage, our storage areas are used only as storage and are usually accessible from the garage via a retractable staircase.
