Single storey country home
Twin, front and back covered porches, classic cornices, shuttered windows in the gables and additional volume created by the solarium type projection all help to give this home its New England feel. The nicely sized garage also serves to enhance the North Eastern feeling of this beautiful home.
Upon entering one notices the open stairwell to the basement level. The nicely sized living room is enhanced with a three sided fireplace that is shared with the dining room, complete with banquette seating that runs the width of the sun room projection. I live in Victoria BC and the plans you have are for wide lots. Here our small lots are on average about 36 feet wide. With the side setbacks of 4 feet per side our maximum width would be about 28 feet of house. Do you have any plans between 24 and 28 feet wide with at least 2+ bathrooms and at least one garage?

Often located above the garage, our storage areas are used only as storage and are usually accessible from the garage via a retractable staircase.
