Can you please clarify the difference between the W4925 plan and the W2925 plan. I have tried to find the difference but for the life of me I can't figure it out. Thanks!

Customer service
Good day Mr. Krizo and thank you for your interest in this plan.
The only difference between the two is the configuration of the stairs as the U.S. IRC building code requirements do not accept the 'wedge' shaped stairs that are on plan 2925 which is why plan 4925 was developed to replace this feature with the square 'landing' that you can see on the main level floor plan.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or comments.
Regards
Deb
