From popular renovation design to a plan for all!
This chalet-style house is the result of a renovation plan made for owners wishing to improve their home. Following the excitement generated by this renovation design on the Drummond website, we decided to make this design available as a standard plan. Some adjustments had to be made to de-personalize it a little to meet the expectations of a wider audience.
The final result? A country cottage which can be built at an attractive cost with a charming wraparound veranda, a main entrance hall with large closet, an open activities area and ample windows. A corner staircase of classic vintage style is decorated with a long window. Finally, the upstairs houses three bedrooms including the master with access to a balcony overlooking the rear.
An elegant chimney allows the construction of a fireplace or wood stove in the basement, on the ground floor or even on the upper floor!
